Hare, who intends leaving for England, to sell by public auction, as above : His FARM near Fairfax, known as COLLIE'S FARM, Being Sections 2, 3, 4. 5, 6, 27, 60, and ! 61, Block X, and Section 39, Block VIII, Jacobs River Hundred, containing in all §20 ACRES splendid agricultural land. The farm is situated within half' a mile of j the Fairfax railway station, and is on the ' banks of the Jacobs River, and in the centre . of one of, the most fertile portions of tho famous Western District of Southland. About p half the property is rich alluvial flat, and the j balance first-class terrace. At present there are 100 acres in turnips, 70 acres in wheat, and the balance is all in English grass. The property is well fenced and subdivided into 14 paddock?.
