Wheat quotations for the week at Mark Lane are lower. -
The total quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 2,620,000 quarters, and for the Continent 1,005,000 quarters.
Bank share quotations : Bank of Australasia, £66 15s ; Bank of New South Wales, £59 10s; Union Bank, £33; National Bank of New Zealand, £2 15s. Bank of New Zealand debentures, 101^ ; N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Company's 4 per cent, prior lien debentures, £93.

Ten thousand quarters of Victorian wheat (February and March shipment's) have been sold at 295. The tallow market is unchanged. March 1. The American visible wheat supply :s estimated afc 85,093,000 quarters.
The directors of the New Zealand Mortgage and Investment Company have decided to wind lip voluntarily.
