The will of the late Mr James Osborne, of Merton, Elsternwick, Victoria, has been lodged for probate. The estate is valued at £46,617, divided into £6000 realty and £1-0,617 personalty. The whole estate is divided betweeu his widow and seven children.
Three Natives have been found guilty, and sentenced to death, for the murder of Dr Vines, at Braeside station (We3b Australia). By his will, tho late Mr William Bones, auctioneer, of Ballarat, leaves real and per. sonal e&late, valued at £26,0U0, to be divided among his widow and children.
