Four rinks from the Dunedin Chib journeyed to Mosgiel to play the Taieri Club, and after an enjoyable game, victory rested with the former by 35 points. PORT CHALMEES v. ROSLYN.
A bowling match between the Roslyn and Port Chalmers Clubs was played on the latter' s green on Saturday. The weather was all that could be desired, "and a very pleasant game resulted. On account of some of the players not turning up three men a-side v/ere played in two out of the four rinks. Afternoon tea was provided for the visitors, and at the conclusion of the match three cheers were given for the ladies who had looked after this department. The above clubs met on the Green Island green on Saturday, and a well contested and enjoyable game, resulted in a win for Green Island. The players and scores were: —

KAITUNA. This match was playeS on the Kaituna green under excellent conditions, as the weather proved favourable, and the#green itself was in good playing order. W. Smith (president), on behalf of Kaituna, welcomed the Caledonian Club to the green, and expressed the pleasure they all felt in the extremely happy afternoon they had all spent. Mr A. Wedderspoon replied on behalf of the Caledonian Club, and, in tho course of a very happy speech, thanked the ladies for so kindly attending to the wants of the inner, man.
