Beware of "Friendly Advice."
Says a well-known doctor : " Just as there are no two persons precisely alike in feature, so there are no two men or v>omen whose physical conditions are exactly similar. A total disregai'd of this most important fact has been the cause of many a break-down.
"To take a cold bath daily 'because another appai-ently no stronger than yourself does so is stupidity. A friend says, ' I sleep with my window wide open, top and bottom, every night, winter and summer. Try it.' Don't. He has no right at all to give such advice, nor you to take it simply because he tells you to.
" The fyct is that everyone must find cufc what is best for himself or herself. ' What is one man's meat is another man's poison,' is a true proverb."
