WELLINGTON, July 20.
His Excellency the Governor has appointed Messrs T. Gilroy and E. Bollard members of the Bluff Harbouc Board ; W. R. Darling, E. Menlove, W. H. Rose, and J. Williams to the Oamaru Board; M. E. Hiatt and O. Oram to the Waimakariri Board.
Tire appointments are gazetted as Government veterinary surgeons of 0. J. Sanderson, H. C. Wilkie, J. C. Clayton, E. Nelson, A. Crabb, and C. R. Neale, .the first four being from May 1, and the others from June 20 and June 16 respectively. Thirteen letters of naturalisation are gazetted this week.
The Public Trustee has taken possession of an unoccupied section of land in Asdiburton, and gives notice to claim a section in St. David street, Lyttelton. Tho Mohikinui coal mine is offered for lease under conditions published in the Gazette.
