ST. PETERSBURG, April 11. The closing of the higher educational institutions in Russia has affected 30,000 j students. A section of the students issued ' .a seditious proclamation, but :i majority 1 disavow any connection with it. 1
Amongst the students expelled from St. Petersburg are 200 girls.
