Tho British representatives at tht Czar's Peace Conference will be Sir Julian Pauncefote (.British Ambassador at Washington) and Sir Henry Howard (British Minister at the Hague. They will be assisted by Vice-admiral Sir John Arbuthpofc Fisher (Coramander-in-Chief of the North American station) and Major-general Sir John Ardagh (Director of the Military Intelligence department of the War Office).
The question of erecting a fruit canning and preserving factory at Hastings, Hawke's Bay. is being discussed.
