The Gazette notifies that "The Divorce { Act, 1898," has been assented to by Her | Majesty. An Order-in-Council prohibiting the export of rock, shore drift, or mangrove oysters is gazetted. By an Order-in-Council sponges and 1 sponge beds are made subject tc sections 18 to 22 of " The Sea Fisheries Act, 1894." | Messrs Henderson and Nicolls are gazetted members of the Oamaru Harbour Board. « . . The Government offices throughout New Zealand will be closed on Monday, 24th April, in celebration of St. George's Day, which falls on Sunday, the 23rd inst.
