! The Walter A. Wood Company has dwI posed of its JS T ew Zealand business to the Loan and Mercantile Agency Company. The death is announced of Mr ' Henry George Washbourn, at Riccarton. He came out in the Sir' George Seymour, one of the historical first four ships, and has never removed from Canterbury. Deceased was 83 years of age.
