WELLINGTON v. OTAGO.
A WIN FOR OTAGO. The football match Wellington v. Otago was played at Wellington yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon, and was won by Otago by 9 points to nil.
The Triad for September contains the usual budget of interesting original matter, including an account of the recent trip to the Sot&h Sea Islands. The accompanying musical supplement is always a great attraction to this bright little monthly. —In Persia a bonfire plays an important part in the marriage ceremony, the service being read over in front of it
