Harris, F- Holtses, and Jackson against theii" disqualification, together with the horse "Crescent, by the Ashburton Kaeing Club, wms considered. Additional evidence was brought, and the committee decided' that it was unatile to endorse the disqualification. The . question with reference to Rangefinder's weight in the A'shbartonHscing Club Handicap has been settled. It has been decided thafc Rangefinder could not receive the stake, wbioh has been awarded to Seabrook, who-ran second.
