(From Our Own Correspondent.) Arhowtown, February 19. —Two new applications for large sluicing Areas in Moonlight Creek, ! Shotover, have been made, and are likely to draw the attention of investors to the well-proved richness of the alluvial dej>osits of this district. It is stated that a new make of stone has been met with in tbe Achilles mine, Bullenaale, which, according to prospects, promises well.
