THE GLENBROOK MURDERS.
Sydney, June 3. The Butler trial ia fixed for June 14. A special panel of GO jurymen has been summoned. Our Auckland correspondent telegraphs :—: — "According to a private letter received in Auckland from New South Wales the Eotorsous Butler has to bo guarded day and night by two of the gaol warders, as it is feared he might attempt to commit suicide. He has grown somewhat moross lately, and refuses to leave his cell. It is also stated that he strongly • objects to anything iv the way of spiritual guidance."
