Good winters range from Ud to lU}d ; early do. lOd to lOJd ; autumns, 7Jd to 9'l ; other sorts in proportion. We would remind country people who bring their skiu^ to town by train that our store is close to the station and faces the south line, so they have not to carry their parcels far. If they run across and let us know we will send for the skins.
