Basses — Fitzsimons (Grey) 1, Frazor (Grey) 2, J. Greanay (Grey) 3. Baritones — Garth, 1 ; O'Brien, F. Badger (Grey), an* Angel (Brunner) all tied for second. E> flat cornets — Traversi (Grey), wich the maximum points, 1 ; Russell (Brunner), 2 ; Phillips (Groj), 3. Tenor horns — M'Neil (Grey) 1, ltonson (Grey) 2, Elliot (Denniston) 3. >Euphoniums — Sundby (Grey) and Lawn (Reeftou) dead heat, Ralph (Denniston) 3. March contest—Qreytown Band 1, Grey Catholic Band 2f2 f Denniston Baud 3. Test piece, " Lurline " — Greytown Band 1, Grey Catholic Band 2, Denniston Band 3. Travorti received a great ovation. Except in the soprano concert Trsiversi's band took every prize.
