IMPORTANT LAND SALE.

Theirs was a vc^ry large attendance at llie rsotns of Messrs Park, Reynolds, and Co. on Friday, when the Dunedia properties of the Assets Realisation Board were submitted to auction. From the start of the sale until the conclusion the bidding throughout ,was of a spirited order, and a great number of sections changed hands. The township of Musselburgb, perhaps, of all those offered, found the largesi number of inquiries imd s&lea. Tho long and advantageous terms granted by the board no doubt had a great deal to do with the large number of purchases and the competition.
