NORTHERN FOOTLIGHT FLASHES.

BY SVENOALT. Auckland, April Vh Deah PaSQUIN,— George RignoM finished a very successful season at the Opera House this week with the comedy " Confusion. Monday evening was set apart as a souvenir night, everyone present being given a free ticket for the following night's performance. The company left for the south ou Thursday. Tbe Monday "pops" are drawing well at tho City Hall. The Ada Delroy Company opened here on Saturday uißbt at the Opera House to a full house. As you have recently seen the company I need not discourse on the merits of its members. Crawford and Moore's show are doing fairly well at the City Hall. The Greenwoods open on Monday night at tbo City Hall. The Greenwood girls. Johnny Collins, Linden, Mons. Willimoff, and others are in th<* show. Chas Cooper is doing well with lacred concerts at the Opera House. Bernard's circus opened in the Agricultural Hall ou Saturday night, before a good house. At the Opera House last week at George Rignolds souvenir night Mr Hurry Evans was presented with an " Onalow "bike" as he held the winning number. The others only received free passes f ir the following evening's performance. V. R. Dix, the well-known theatrical manager, is to be agent for a new bicycle invented by a well known local printer.
