IMPERIAL PARLIAMENT.
London, April 13. In the House of Commons the Right Hon. R. W. Hanbury, replying to a question asked by Mr Henniker Heaton, declined to incur the expense of obviating the quarantining of colonists arriving by mail steamers at Brindisi and Marseilles by reasoa ot embarking passengers from Bombay at Aden. The House has adjourned till April 23.
