A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. " Millbank," Waiwera South,
March 22, 1897. I have very great pleasure in certifying that the double-furrow Cockshutt plough I purchased from you last year has given me the greatest satisfaction. It is a positive pleasure, xo work with it instead of the old cumbersome ' plough of the and type. I ploughed some 70 acres, mostly on a gritty subsoil, and the wear op the locks is scarcely perceptible ; they are good for another 140 acres. Tte only fault I have with it is that for ploughing tough lea the mouldboards are rather short, but that is a fault easily remedied. I suppose yonr consignment ju9t to hand will have larger boards ; if so, I shall try and get a pair from you for use in lea ground only. (Signed) William Littlejohn. (Long mouldboards received this season.)
