THE NIGER TERRITORY. London, January 25.
Reports from the Niger territory state that the tribes under the King of Nupe, in the district between Lakoj& and Bajibo, have joined the forces of the Royal Niger Company. A sharp fight occurred at Stongo, a remnant of the Fulabs being ejected and the town destroyed. Mr Moor, who is returning to the Niger has joined H.M.S. Theseus at Las Palmas, and proceeds to Fodealdoß, the port entry for large vessels at Benin.
