MR MACKENZIE'S POSITION. Wellington, January 29. With reference to the coming changes in the B»uk of New Zealand staff, the mtnagement preserve reticence, but it is commonly stated that Mr Henry Mackenzie is to bs relieved of the position of general manager. To the original report that he was to have six months* leave ot absence is now added another to the effect that he will ba offered an appointment: in the service of the bank in Australia or London.
