ROSLYN CLUB.
The annual meeting of the Roslyn Bowling Club took place on Friday night in the Roslyn Council Chambers. There was a good attendance of members, Mr Wilson (the president) being in the chair. The report and balance sheet, which were of a very favourable character, were adopted. The balance sheet showed a credit balance, and it appeared • from the report that the club won all the interclub matches arranged by the Bowling Association except one, which was lost by only 1 point, The ' following office-bearers for the ensuing season were eleoted:— Mr J. B. Callan, president ;Mr W. Brown, vice-president ; Mr Jas. Scoular, secretary ; Mr A. Matheson, treasurer ; Messrs Wheeler, Bone, Wilson, Soptfc, and Bilk, committee; Messrs Allnutfc and Drew, auditors. Meiers Wheeler and Wilson were elected delegates to the Bowling Association. _ The prize-takars were as follow :—President's prize (Me W. Wilson), won by Mr D. Dickie; vice-president's prize (J. B. Callan), won by Mr Jno. Corbett ; treasurer's prize (Mr R. Crawford), won by Mr R. T. Wheeler, jun. ; secretary's prize (Mr D. Dickie), won by_Mr A. E, Bone ; and the committee's prize, won by Mr Burnard.
