THE WESTPORT COAL TRADE.
Westpost, June 26. The barque Gainsborough ssiled for San Francisco this morning with 1315 tons Coalbrookdale coal. She was drawing 18ft 7in. ' The Westport Coal Company's new mine at Millerton is now opened, and the incline is workiug splendidly. The Pukaki will be partly loaded with the nnw. coal for Wellington to-morrow* . .
