THE TRIPLE ALLIANCE.
Rome, April 13. The Kaiser and the King of Italy had a long conference, at which Premier Budini and the other Italian Ministers were present. There was great rejoicing on the occasion in Venice. l Beblin, April 13. The German newspapers congratulate the Triple Alliance on the meeting of tbe Kaiser and King Humbert. April 14. The Cologne Gazette states that Emperor William and Kicg Humbert settled the basis of the renewal of the Triple Alliance, and ib is reported the new agreement remains in force until 1902.
