Patient continu- • ance in- making good chwe and butter would \ eventually command bucccss. The factories J must be bopfc financially strong ai well as up to date in unouFicturing plant. The greatest evil iv the past had been the ev«-paya\enfc of i milk. . Moderate progress payment* should be i accepted by milk suppliers, with the balance [ payable after the results of the season's market- ' ing wae known. He thought that by caref al cor operation on BUch lines the industry would inf crease and expand, and said that he was not afe ■ all disheartened at tho present dolnesi. ) All prcsenb wished Mi Bobbins a pleasant voyage to bis home in America, and said they ' would be glad to ccc him back in New Zealand again. ; lASD BOARD.
