THE OFFICIAL CALENDAR OF THE DUNEDIN JOCKEY CLUB.

The Otago Witnbss has been appointed the Official Calendar for tho publication of all programm«B in the Provincial District of Otago, in terms of Rule 17 of the Rules of Racing. Rule 17 reads :—" The programme of each meeting in which the added money is £150 or upwards must be advertised in full once at leaßt in the Official Calendar. The advertisement shall show that the programme has been approved by the Jockey Club, shall state the days on which the meeting is to begin and end, and the names of the stewards, judge, starter, clerk of scales, and handicapper." All notifications for the future published in this column are so published under the authority of tht>. Dunedin Jockey Club, and are binding on country clubs and othera, who muat therefore duly note the enne.
