Elliot) to offer for sale, at the Farm, on the above date, at 1 o'clock, . The whole farm is permanently watered by mountain streams. The Tapanui Railway runs alorgside the property, and the homestead and barn are only 300 yards from Glenkenich Railway Siding. The Farm is situate two and a-haif miles from Tapanui township. Tha property carries about 1000 sheep, and is capable of further improvement.
