Meßsrs Edward Thomas and Co., wiol, (.beepskin, rabbitskin, and hide expoileis, Bond street, report as follows :— Wool.— Very little of the new clip has yat arrived. The offerings in the meantime consist of deid wools, in which we have done considerable business during the week at 5.Jd to 6Jd for good merino ; 6d to 7id for light half and crossbreds ; dirty and strawy proportionately less. Wo possess outlets for any quantify Sheepskins.— Prices remain firm, but the near future depends gieatly upon the result of the wool sales wb eh opened iv London yesterday. We hold largo orders. Hides — We quote : Extra heavy, 4d ; heavy, 3Jd to 3J.1 ; medium, 2Jd to 2Jd ; light, 2d (net). Rabbitskins. — Winters are scarce, and wo hay« lately received instructions to increase our limits in order to secure tho supply our friends in London require. Horsehair firm at 13Jd to I4d.
