Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes for expenses. The meeting will be held under the rules of the Dunedin Jockey Club, both Sis to the rues of racing, trotting, and the rules for working the totalhator. No entries to be received for any of the above races except on this condition : That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the raciog shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint.
