The J. G. Ward FABMEas' Association report kftving held thtiir fortnightly stock sale at the Invercargill yards on Tuesday, when the entry ux all classes was large, especially cattle. The demand was limited and only by valuable assistance from graziers could the fat atook be cleared, at prices ranging from 10s to 20a a head under lait sale. Hoggets were also easier and ouly one line of extra sorts brought 12s, the average price being 9s to lls for good healthy aort3 ; light and inferior sorts, 6s 6d to 7s 6d ; ewes in lamb (only thoie in very low condition forward) sold at 7s rJd. Horse Market.— On Saturday our entry was eraallar than usual, but beit sorts reached £22 10a ; medium £12 to £16. The demand, however, has toned down Bomewbat to what it was two months ago. Sheopiskins. Hides, <tc— On Monday we cleared our usual catnlogue at late ruling rates. The demand for good, well-kept sheep>kina is better.
