(Before his Honor Mr Justice Williamß.) PARKER V. BLACKWOOD. Motion for directions as to certain property. Mr J. A. Cook appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr D. Cooke for defendant B'ackwood and others Mr Cook aeked that in this case the Mount Pisa station should bo ordered to be sold, so ai to relieve his client of liability. After argument the following order waa made :—
To be advertised for six weeks, and sold in Dime<iin by auction without reserve Terms of sale : 10 per cent on fall of hammer, 15 per cent, within a week, and balance on delivery. Conditions of ' sale to be prepaied and settled. Sile to be couducted by Sruitb, Chapman, and Co., and the H.'/j. Loan and Mercantile Company to be auctioneers.
