At the three furlongs Cradle lost hor rider, aud the leaders lunning a little wide iEolus got up on the inside, aud was first into the straight, with Troilus following. At the distance Gozoreina ran into third place, and so they fin'shed after ft good race home, .ffiolus winning by half a length, with Gozoreina a good third j then Kelso, Aureus, and Sir George.
