A TTENTION is Drawn to the fro\i»ions J^L of "The Rabbit Nuisance Act 1882," for the protection of the natural enemy of the rabbit, and it is Hereby Notified that the Animals Mentioned Hereunder have been Protected, as provided for in Section 28 of the above-mentioned Act :— FERRETS, CATS. STOATS, WEASLES, MONGOOSE. Section 29 is published for general information :—: — 29. Any person capturing or selling or dispoang of or killing any animal so declared to be a natural «nemyof the rabbit without apemit, signed by an inspector so to do, or in whose possession or on whose premises any euch animal shall be found by any inspector or by any constable, unless such person snail pivye that the animal co killed, Bold, or in his possession was lawfully in his possession, or that the same was on his premises without his knowledge or consent, Bhall be liable to a penalty of not leßs than five nor more than twenty pounds.
