FURTHER SALES OF GREENVALE AND POPOTUNOA LAND.
Messre Wright, Stephenson, and Co. report the sale of farm No. 1. block VII, Greenvale, to Mr John F. Irvine, of Chatton, and of No. 3, in same block, to Mr Adam Cruickshanks. These two farms, comprising 2763 acres, brought satisfactory prices, and their disposal completes the sale of the late Mr Logan's Greenvale estate. They also report having sold to Mr F. Olsen, at a satisfactory figure, lot 14, on the Popotunoa estate, being sections 43 and 44, block VIIE, Pomahaka, containing 146 a 2r 34p. There now remain only two farms (28 L acres) unsold on the Popotunoa property.
