WEEKLY RETURNS.
The directors of the Sew Hoy Big Beach Company have declared a dividend (bhe ISth) of 3d per share, payable on the 12th inst. An Auckland telegram states that the Waihi Company treated 2030 tons ore for four weeks for a return of bullion, valued at £6206. Mr Thomas Callender reports 115oz lOdwt 18gr retorted gold from Sew Hoy Big Beach Gold Mining Company (Limited) from dredges ; also, 12oz 14dwt 6'gr gold from elevator ;— total 128oz sdwt for week ending Saturday, the 9fch inßt. *|Mr Jabez Burton reports :— The Ettrick dredge washed up for the week 15oz gold, and the Roxburgh dredge lOoz 3dwt 12gr. On Saturday night it was discovered that the bottom tumbler was broken, which will cause a little delay this week.
