FOUR 'SUBDIVISIONS of RUN 170b (part of Beaumont -Station), and ONE SUBDIVISION of RUNS 300 and 301 (part of Tapui and Tokarahi Stations) will be OPEN for APPLICATION under the Small GraziDg Run System at this Office, on> and after TUESDAY, August 29/ 1893. Possession of Subdivisions of Runs 137 and 170b will .be given on date of approval of application by Land Board, and the half-year's rent paid as. deposit will be in discharge of amount due on Ist September next. Possession of , the Subdivision, of Runs 300 and 301 will not, however, be given, till January 1, 1894, and the half-year's rent paid, will be in discharge of the amount due on March 1, 1894. Amount of valuation for improvements mustbe lodged with application, and all payments made by cheque must have exchange added. Applicants may apply for more than one Run, provided the aggregate area applied for does not exceed 5000 acres. An applicant, however, can bold only one Run, and he must take the first one for which he is successful at ballot. Posters containing full particulars will shortly be exhibited at the various Poit , Offices, RailwayStations, &c.
