DUNEDIN CYCLING CLUB.
The annual general meeting of the Dunedin Cycling Club was held in the club room, Octagon, on Saturday evening. Dr Jeffcoat (vicepresident of the club) presided, and there were 40 members present. The committee's report, as already published, and tho balance sheet, which shows a credit balance of L 45, were adopted. Very great satisfaction was expressed, at the state of the club's affairs, and
the retiring office-bearers and committee were accorded a hearty vote of thanks for the energy they displayed during the past year.
NEW MKMBEHS. Seventeen new members were elected. ELECTION OF OFFICE-BEAKERS.
The following officers were elected for the ensuing year: — President, Dr Jeffcoat; vicepresidents — Dr Fulton, Messrs J. H. Chapman, G. Fenwick, F. Stilling, S. S. Myers, and W. Dymock ; captain, Mr J. Macdonald ; deputycaptain, Mr H. Inglis ; secretary, Mr W. H. Matthews i treasurer, Mr E. H. Reid; committee — Messrs A. G. Melville, G. Crow, E. Howlison, R. Ewing, R. S. Stedman, and R. Emmcrson.
