Owners intending to withdraw horses must do so 30 minutes before time of starting, or will be Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross stakes. Games of chance will not be allowed. Nominations and entries for all events close FRIDAY, September 2, at S o'clock. Weights will appear about 9th SEPTEMBER.
