If not sold iv one lot, it will be put up in lots to suit buyers. The BUILDINGS comprise: Engineer's and blacksmith's shops, fouudry, store, office, and dwolliug house. The MACHINERY includes : 8 h.p. engine, 5 lathes, 2 diilling machines, screwing machine, key seater, 2 punching and shearing machines, set of rollers, steam hammer, Oliver hammer, anvils, 2 fans, 7 vyces, other machines, large stock of tools, and large stock of patterns, &c.
