Novbmbkb 2.— We have had a week of rather better weather with a fine growth. Crops are now well above ground and look exceedingly promising. Health Noticb.— Wheoping cough has uad a neat run here for the past three months and is still loth to leave us. By the time it has run its course I do\rt think, there will be a family in the district that it will not have visited. N«w Chpboh.— A start has been made In the erection of a Presbyterian Church here, and to day some half dozen drayt and waggons are busy carting the material.
