DONALD REID & CO. invite tenders for the lease for a term of seven years from lsb February 1891 of the very desirable farm at Kuri Bush known as Kirby's Farm, 532 acres. Ihe land is all enclosed and subdivided into seven paddocks, is in full fertility, no more than two grain Crops having boen taken off any part of it. All the produce grown has been consumed on the farm, and some of the paddocks have been 11 years in grass, and now carry a fine sward. There is a comfortable six-roomed dwelling house, large concrete tanks, seven-stalled stable, loose boxes, barn, cowshed for 20 cows, men's house, kitcheu, dairy, &c, &c. Forms of tenders and full particulars application to the undersigned, who willrece tenders up to noon on Saturday, the 31st inst.. The highett or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
