Doolky.— On the 7th December, at Waimate, Mary, wife of John Dooley, Waimate Hotel; aged 36. Herbkiit.- Thomas T.Herbert, beloved husband of Agnes Herbert (eldest daughter of William Wright, Dunedin) and son of David Herbert, Tapanui (suddenly); aged 35 years.

Hurt.— On the sth December, at Wakari, Edward Hunt, late accountant with Messrs Heymanson, Low, and Co., and brother to William Holman Hunt, Jtisq ,of London ; aged 61 years

HbliLyeb.— On the 9th December, at her residence, Green Hill, Andenon's Bay, Baohel, the beloved wife of Phillip Hellyor ; in her 56th year. Deeply regretted. Pole —Asleep in Jesus on the 10th November, at hit residence, Balmain, Sydney, William Pole, dearly beloved brother of Mrs Henry Miller, Walmer House. George street. Dunedin ; aged 68.

Smith.— On tbe 3rd December, at the Frankton Hospital, Nancy, the beloved wife of John F. Smith (late of Waikouaiti) ; aged 22. Deeply regretted.
