WRIGHT, STEPHENSON, & CO. have received instructions from Messrs William Patrick and Co. to sell by auction at above time and place, The balance of the Abbotsford Estate, being farms numbered 7 and 8 on the plan, and containing respectively 102 acres 3 roods 8 poles and 104 acres, 2 roods 1 pole, all in wheat, a really good crop. These farms will be sold separately and on liberal terms. WRIGHT, STEPHENSON, & CO have received instructions from Mr Peter Grant, of Gowrie Farm, West Taieri, to sell by auction, at above time and place, THE CELEBRATED GOWRIE FARM, Containing by admeasurement about 491 acres of the richest alluvial land in the colony. The Property will be offered in the first place in one lot, and failing a purchaser being found for it in its entirety, as follows :— Lot 1. — About 26 acres, adjoining Bathgate's and Allan's properties, being parts of sections 15, 16, and 23, block 111, Maungfttua District.
