Organic matter ... 166 „ Carbonate of lime ... 240 „ Phosphate of lime ... 180 „ Alkaline salts ... 3 0 „ Bartny matter ... 15-0 „ 101 0 „ Including 3£ per cent, of Ammonia and Nitrogen in nitrogenous matter, equal to another 4 per cent. 01 Ammonia, making altogether equal to 7£ per cent, of Ammonia. I consider this a very successfully made and valuable manure. The large proportion of Ammonia is a strong point, and ensures instant good results on the growing plant. The 18 per cent, of phosphate of lime is also a great and permanent benefit to the soil.
