Woodville, September 24. The Land Board met here to-day to inquire into a cass of alleged dummyism, into which the Waste Lands CommittPe held an inquiry during the session. Immediately the members of the board took their seats a Supreme Court writ sf prohibition was served on then), at the instance of Joseph Lowry, and the chairman announced that in consequence they could not hold the inquiry
