There was no doubt in the mind of any of the farmers present that it did superior work to either of the other three diggers on the ground, and the draughts did not appear to be any heayier on the horses. They break up the ground so well that very little harrowing is reauired. lam working them with four horse* eaoh, aod doing four aores per day with eaoh plough. lam going to sow with the drill, and am oonsidering whether I will harrow any before lowing, m the ground fa so well pulverised already. If Ido it will be only one turn of the harrows. My men say that they make a much better job, and do not leave ibe farrows on edge in lea as the imported one does.
