FURTHER PROPOSED ALTERATIONS IN THE RULES.

At the annua} meeting of the .Rugby Union, which was to have been held on March 28, the following resolutions were to have been considered :_

Proposed by H. Vassall (treasurer), seconded Jy H. W. T.
