At the bowling carnival at New Plymouth on Monday, the following , games were played :— . Auckland beat Wellington— scores : Au.cklan<J, 68 ; Wellington, 58. New, Plymouth beat Wanganui—scores: New Plymouth, ; W.anganui, 46. New Plymouth beat Wellington— scores New Plymouth, 68 } Wellington, 40, Auckland beat Wanganul— scores : Auckland, 69; Wanganui, 45. Yesterday a match between North and South took place. The Northern players were from Auckland and New, Plymouth, and the Southern players from Wanganui and Wellington. The Northern players won the match, tba scores being: North, 116 ; South, 91.
