The undermentioned Crown Lands will be open for Sale or Selection, in terms of sections 3 to 11 of " The Land Act Amendment Act 1887 i" either for cash, on deferred payments, or on perpetual lease, at the option of the selector, on and. after WEDNESDAY, 29th August 1888. A selector may purchase for cash any of the Sections (not exceeding 640 acres of firstclass land or 2000 acres of second-class land) at the price stated opposite each Section. If the selector wishes to acquire any Section on deferred payments, an addition of one-fourth fo the cash price of the Section will be made— i.e., where the price of the Section is 10s per acre tor cash the price will be 12a 6d per acre on deferred payments. If the selector wishes to take up a Section on perpetual lease the annual rental will be 5 per cent, on the cash price of the Section— i.e., where bhe price is 10s per acre the rental will be 6d per aore per annum.
